We are pleased to now be able to offer the facility to book Craft Fair Tables directly on line.
Details of the Craft Fair
The Fair runs from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 27th November in The Civic Hall in Bedworth, admission to the Fair is FREE to the public, and as the Fair is part of Bedworth Folk Festival (which attracts in excess of 1,500 people to Bedworth) plus it co-incides with the turning on of the Christmas lights in the town, it is by far, from a commercial point of view, one of the busiest days of the year for the town. Needless to say the proximity of Christmas adds to the attractiveness of the whole event, the importance of which is illustrated by the fact that the event is always opened formally by The Mayor of Nuneaton & Bedworth.
Prices and Logistics
Tabletops (6ft x 2ft) are £42
each (plus of course standing/storage area behind), you can use your own stands etc as long as they are within those dimensions, we can arrange for electricity and wall positioning for those who prefer (but you need to book early to be sure of these additional free facilities).
We only accept bona fide craft traders for the fair, and will not accept traders who just "sell on" - please keep this in mind if you decide to book.
Admission for setting up for table holders is from 8:30am, and must be cleared by 5:00pm due to other festival events taking place. A full programme of dancing and singing takes place throughout the opening hours of the Fair, and the Civic Hall provide a drinks and snacks service within the hall both of which encourage our visitors to stay longer.
Year upon year half of our table holders book for the following year immediately so spaces are always limited.
